Principles of Conduct

The Eight Principles of Conduct

How should Quaras act to achieve our high goals?
Here are the principles of conduct that sum up the attitudes needed to build Quaras’s unique corporate culture.

  • 01. Never settle for less

Setting high goals and a spirit of challenge

With a desire to take on challenges,
    set your goals very high
    and never settle for less.

Always the same methodology and the same thoughts and ideas. That repetition limits your potential and impedes real growth and innovation. Instead, let’s constantly adopt new ideas, set high goals, and boldly take on challenges. This repetition will lead to the limitless expansion of your future.

  • 02. Make it more interesting

    Be creative and innovative

    Filled with creativity,
    commit yourself to doing innovative
    and groundbreaking work.

Make it more interesting. The moment you have that desire, a door opens in front of you and you begin taking on new challenges. Let’s refine our intelligence, heighten our creativity, get a lot of stimulation from everyday life, and increase our experiences of sparking inspiration. If you desire to be creative and innovative, the world will not overlook you.

  • 03. Grasp the essence

    Essential, high-quality work

    Questioning “common sense” and precedents,
    pursue the essence
    and get the best results

The first step is to get into the habit of asking what the essence is. Most successful companies have redefined their business based on this question. But this is by no means easy. The important thing is to make a habit of doubting the obvious and questioning the essence of precedents and words. That is the fastest road to essential, high-quality work.

  • 04. Everything is up to you

    Ownership and initiative

    Take the initiative
    and ownership
of the work you engage in.

It’s important to view your work as your own business, always asking yourself, “what do I want to do?”Taking the initiative begins with a sense of ownership. When you take on work with this attitude, you can get more deeply engaged and new horizons open up. Rather than waiting for someone else to take the lead, let’s proactively lead the way.

  • 05. Don’t fear failure

    Managing risks and failure

    Respond coolly to failure,
    adversity and other risks,
and make use of them as precious experiences.

If you make a mistake, you can always put it right. That’s all you need to do. Let’s learn not to fear failure and, rather than getting depressed when you fail, use your head and time to think about how to make it right, while coolly analyzing why you failed. Instead of fearing failure, have the courage and readiness to take on challenges.

  • 06. A team is best

    Open teamwork

    Respecting the other members
and aiming for open and optimal teamwork
    are vital for development.

Almost all work is done through teamwork. The capability of the team depends on the quality of mutual cooperation among the members. The keys are accepting members with different backgrounds, making this diversity a strength of the team and organization, and being aware that the strengths of the members are not just added together but multiplied. This is the start of the process toward work of higher quality.

  • 07. Don’t be self-centered

    Integrity and thoughtfulness

You must be able to exercise self-control,
    show integrity,
and act while being thoughtful towards others.

In an organization, integrity is important. If people lack integrity and become self-righteous, the organization falls into decay. In so far as a company is a society, its members must naturally observe rules and be thoughtful towards others. It is essential to be aware of self-control and practice self-discipline.

  • 08. Work with love

    Love and responsibility towards work

    Engage in work with love
and always have a sense of responsibility
    in your work and conduct.

People with different values get together and achieve results beyond expectations. The engine of that success is the everyday attitude of respecting others and tackling challenges together with colleagues with love and integrity. While maintaining our professional awareness without becoming self-righteous, let’s engage in our work with love.
